Show Dates: September 27th, 28th & 29th at Greene Block + Studios in Waterville, ME

About the Play: Fifteen-year-old Heidi earned her college tuition by winning Constitutional debate competitions across the U.S. In this hilarious, hopeful, and achingly human new play, she resurrects her teenage self in order to trace the profound relationship between four generations of women and the founding document that shaped their lives. Nominated for two Tony Awards and a Pulitzer Prize finalist, Schreck’s boundary-breaking show breathes new life into our Constitution and explores how the document will shape the next generation of Americans.

Character Breakdown:

Casting for WHAT THE CONSTITUTION MEANS TO ME includes roles for 3 principal characters. We are seeking volunteer actors ages 15+. All roles require light movement (frequent standing and sitting, jumping, fast walking, etc.)

*Please Note: 2-3 actors will be cast as “Student” and each will have one performance.
