GLEE, Michele, Chenoweth, Tonys Receive '10 Gold Derby Nominations

The Los Angeles Times has announced the nominees for their annuAl Gold Derby TV Awards.  Posters in the Times's GoldDerby forums made the nominations. 

The hit Fox series GLEE received thirteen nominations, more than any other program.  The show was nominated for Comedy Series, Comedy Lead Actress (Lea Michele), Comedy Supporting Actress (Jane Lynch), Comedy Supporting Actor (Chris Colfer), Comedy Guest Actress (Kristin Chenoweth), twice for Comedy Guest Actor (Neil Patrick Harris and Burt O'Malley), twice for Comedy Episode of the Year ("Pilot" and "Wheels"), Performer of the Year (Jane Lynch), twice for Breakthrough Performer of the Year (Jane Lynch and Lea Michele), and Ensemble of the Year.

The 2009 Tony Awards, which were broadcast on CBS, received a nomination for Special Class Program. 

Other programs that received many nominations include ABC's 'Modern Family,' which received eleven; ABC's 'Lost,' which received ten; AMC's 'Mad Men,' which received nine; and NBC's '30 Rock,' which received eight.
