In the Walt Disney Concert Hall 2010/11 season, the jazz programming blends a mix of jazz from the modern era along with jazz improvisation. Concerts on this series include Natalie Cole (December 8, 2010), Brad Mehldau with Chamber Orchestra: Highway Rider (January 21, 2011), Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis (February 15, 2011), and Herbie Hancock (March 5, 2011).
