This past Sunday Night, June 6th, Upright Cabaret's American Icon Series performed the fourth installment of their highly popular series at La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts in La Mirada, CA.
Playing to an enthusiastic sold-out crowd of nearly three hundred, the concert entitled "Cowboys & Angels" celebrated the music of country icons Garth Brooks performed by Jersey Boy Erich Bergen, Patsy Cline performed by recording artist Karissa Noel and Loretta Lynn performed by Tony Award-nominee Valarie Pettiford (Fosse, Chicago) under the charismatic Musical Direction of Gerald Sternbach.
Upright Cabaret's American Icon Series will return to La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts on Sun, July 10 with their final concert of the season entitled "California Dreamin" performing the Music of The Mamas & the Papas, Linda Ronstadt and Eagles starring Star Search Grand Champion Jake Simpson, Jennifer Leigh Warren and more.
