The Antaeus Company presents the Bard's dark, psychological tale MACBETH in an intimate, fully double-cast production by L.A.'s top classical ensemble. Get a first look at the cast in the photos below!

In a macabre tale of Scottish legends, witches, hallucinations and power, Shakespeare's bloodiest couple thrash against the rise of their own consciences in a compelling psychological and political thriller that follows Macbeth's transformation from battlefield hero to bloody tyrant, revealing the human soul's darkest depths.

Written by William Shakespeare, the show is directed by Jessica Kubzansky and is currently in previews through July 11, with opening night scheduled for July 12. Macbeth runs through August 26, 2012. Talk-backs follow the performance every Thursday night beginning July 19-stay after the performance to ask questions and discuss the play with various cast members.
