Equity chorus dancers for the Off-Broadway production of BIG GAY JAMBOREE.
SYNOPSIS: After blacking out from 18 Jägerbomb shots, Stacey wakes up hungover in the most terrifying place of all: a Broadway musical. With no memory of how she got there, Stacey is forced to put her BFA in theater to use and figure out how to escape this musical dystopia while a live audience watches. It’s like The Wizard of Oz, if Dorothy was a bisexual stoner.
FEATURED ENSEMBLE (6): 20s to 40s. Seeking six actor/singer/dancer/comedians with chameleon-like acting skills, razor sharp comedic timing, and killer singing voices. Smart, distinctive personalities that play a variety of characters, from classic 1940’s musical theatre townsfolk to present-day influencers live-streaming their every move. Great movers/dance skills are a plus. All featured ensemble tracks will cover principal roles.
Please arrive warmed up and ready to dance at the start of the call. Please wear sneakers or shoes you feel comfortable dancing in. Please bring a headshot and resume stapled together.
