Sherie Rene Scott, Jason Danieley and Bob Stillman are among the stars who will soon perform at the Zipper Factory

The New York Musical Theatre Festival's first-ever 'Broadway Battle of the Bands' competition will be presented on Friday, May 18 at 10:00pm when four rock 'n roll bands - whose roots are onstage and in the orchestra pits of several Broadway musicals - come together for a one-night-only concert at The Zipper Factory, 336 West 37th Street in Manhattan.

Annie Golden, Andrew Lippa and more will perform at Ars Nova, from September 11th through October 1st, as part of the New York Musical Theatre Festival

The Petersons, whose mixture of folk rock music and character-based comedy have made them one of downtown's favorite rock and roll families, are back for a one-night-only appearance at Joe's Pub, Monday, July 10 at 9:30pm.
