DeWanda Wise and Jessica Williams have entered the fifth dimension. Wise and Williams are the latest to star in an upcoming episode of CBS All Access original series THE TWILIGHT ZONE. The episode will also feature Lucinda Dryzek, Jefferson White and Jonathan Whitesell. Previously announced cast includes host and narrator Jordan Peele, as well as John Cho, Greg Kinnear, Sanaa Lathan, Kumail Nanjiani, Adam Scott, Alison Tolman, Jacob Tremblay and Steven Yeun.

The LA Film Festival, produced by Film Independent, announced the winners of the 2018 Festival at the Awards Reception at the W Hotel in Hollywood presided over by Festival Director Jennifer Cochis and Film Independent President Josh Welsh. Cochis and Welsh also took the opportunity to thank the more than 50 generous sponsors, funders and media partners without whom the Festival would not be possible.

Today the Los Angeles Film Festival, produced by Film Independent, announced the winners of the 2018 Los Angeles Film Festival where Brian Banks won the Audience Award for Fiction Feature Film. This award is given to the fiction feature audiences liked most as voted by a tabulated rating system. Select fiction feature-length films screening in the following sections were eligible for the Audience Award for Best Fiction Feature: U.S. Fiction, World Fiction, LA Muse, Nightfall and Premieres.

The season finds the optimistic Kimmy starting a new career as HR manager of the startup Giztoob, but it's more than she bargained for when her boss tells her she has to fire someone and she unintentionally gets tangled in a #MeToo situation. Also, Jacqueline builds her talent agency empire, but for the moment has only one client (Titus). And between creating and starring in a new (fake) TV show and directing his first middle school play, Titus's own career begins to take off. All the while, Lillian continues to do whatever it takes to "disrupt" and "burst the paradigm."
