We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications
• Participate in all aspects of the conversion process for events including, but not limited to, advanced assembly and disassembly of production elements
• Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, decking, furniture, etc.
• Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with building components and equipment
• Setting up, assembling, removing disassembling; flooring, barricades, staging, tables and other furnishings or equipment
• Performing routine maintenance related to event and production spaces
• Serving in a leadership role in small group cohorts
• Other Duties as assigned

• Ensure that safety procedures are being upheld across all departments and that our employees and non-employee staff maintain a positive and healthy working environment
• Keep all work environments organized and tidy.
• Represent Tinc’s Culture in all interactions.
• Take into account the long-term health of Tinc and our clients in all decision-making.
• Provide support and feedback to other staff as needed.
• Contribute to the growth and development of Tinc Productions procedures, processes and systems.
• Ask questions when you are unsure.
